Terms and Conditions
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Glam Portal gathers all the orders every 15th and 30th of the month. Thus, all order forms should be submitted on or before the said dates. The buyers who have not been able to send their order forms before the cut-off time will be emailed to clarify if they still want their orders listed for the next batch of orders or just be considered NULL.
2. After the buyer submitted the order form/s, he/she is required to give a downpayment of about 80% of the total retail price (including the shipment fee) two to three days before the cut-off period. The downpayment is sent automatically to the supplier abroad. And it will also serve as an assurance that you are not a BOGUS BUYER.
3. Glam Portal shall receive the ordered items in about 2-6 business days. SO WE NEED PATIENT BUYERS HERE. And when that time happens, Glam Portal will inform you and will ask you to settle your remaining 20% obligation to the items you ordered. We are not too harsh not to give your orders if you fail to give the remaining liabilities days after we inform you. However, we will give you 1 whole week to settle it. If you fail to comply the last requirement, the item that you ordered will be open for other buyers who might be INTERESTED on it. If someone is willing to buy it, we will inform you and if you don't want to give the item, you shall give the 20% remaining within that day. Or else, your item will be sold to the interested buyer.
4. We would refund the downpayment you sent to us but with a deduction of 50% for the inconvenience the Glam Portal experienced due to your no Palabra de Honor.
5. As a punishment to BOGUS BUYERS, your facebook accounts/pictures will be posted on the FB as well as on the Glam Portal Site so that everyone would recognize you as UNTRUSTWORTHY.

3. Fill in the needed information needed. Any info failed to be filled will automatically be subjected to the first warning. And if two informations lack, the order form will be automatically disqualified.
